About Us

Chad grew up in small town Moville Iowa, and now resides with his family in Elkhorn Nebraska. He graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2000, and has started working with Omaha Division Insurance in 2003. Chad started as an agent for 13 years, and served as Vice President for 5 years. Chad recently purchased ODIA in 2022. Chad loves spending time with his wife, Michelle, and two sons. He enjoys travelling, water sports, and basically anything outdoors. He enjoys helping seniors navigate through the complex market of insurance. Chad takes great pride in making sure his customers’ needs align with their retirement goals.

Holly Denton is the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer at Omaha Division Insurance.  She has been with the agency since 2002 and oversees day to day operations.  She manages all aspects of office activities, including licensing, purchasing, renewals and working closely with outside vendors and insurance companies.  Her goal is to incorporate the knowledge and customer service that she has acquired to help her team best service ODIA’s agents & clients.  She believes ODIA is such a unique company because they have worked together for so long and they all share a common vision, but has never grown too big to not know each client personally.  Family is everything and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons.  She can usually be found watching one of the many activities her boys are involved in or cheering on the Creighton Bluejays.

Landon Olson grew up in Glenwood Iowa, and still resides in southwest Iowa with his wife and daughter. He has been with Omaha Division Insurance for over 10 years. Landon has always loved working in the Medicare field, and communicating with his customers. He values being a good communicator and explaining things thoroughly so customers make decisions that they are comfortable with. In his free time, Landon loves keeping busy with his family by watching their favorite sports teams, Nebraska Cornhusker football and Creighton basketball.

John first started his career in the grocery store business for three years, and then he became a Route Salesman for Frito Lay. After many long hours in the truck, and time spent away from his growing family, his brother Jim convinced him to come work for Omaha Division Insurance Agency. This was only the beginning of Johns insurance career. He has been working with ODIA for over 28 years. John enjoys working individually with each client to meet their insurance needs and save them the most money, while shopping for the top company for the best price. He wants his clients to be able to enjoy their spare time, and not have to worry about their insurance or their coverage. When John isn’t meeting with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family. His family is still growing these days with the addition of grandkids! In his spare time, he also enjoys fishing and golfing.

Dave Gregory has been with Omaha Division Insurance Agency for over 20 years. He grew up in Omaha, and has worked in jobs that have had face to face relationships with everyone he has dealt with. Good customer repour and honesty are high on Dave’s priorities when dealing with people. Dave is a good communicator with his business clients because explaining things helps people make good business decisions. These traits help in the team aspect with fellow employees, and also with his family away from work.

Brian grew up, and still resides in, Omaha Nebraska. He became a part of the Omaha Division Insurance family in 2010. Brian’s favorite part about his time spent in the insurance industry are all of the wonderful people he is able to meet and help. He enjoys helping people navigate through the many benefit options of Medicare, and other types of health insurance, based off their needs. Brian is happily married with three kids. In his free time, he loves to golf, play softball, and watch college football. Go Big Red!

Daniel Lee Haubrich Jr., who is known as DJ by everyone in his life, was born and raised in Iowa. He grew up in Vail, and moved to Council Bluffs when he was 15. After high school, DJ balanced college with traveling so he was able to experience the world. He has visited 7 countries outside of the United States. Before working at ODIA, DJ worked as a bartender on the weekends, and did in-home care with developmentally disabled adults during the week. He loves working as an insurance agent because it allows him to travel around the state, meeting the good folks of Iowa, and furthering his appreciation of the state that he has known his whole life.  He enjoys working with seniors and their families so they can better understand the complex insurance options with their Medicare.

Meriel has been an integral part of the Omaha Division Insurance family since 2015.  Her adroitness and service-minded approach is unparalleled in the industry, bridging the gap between corporate insurance and rural family America. Meriel enjoys travel, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Chelsey grew up in small town Wolbach, Nebraska, and now resides with her family in Plattsmouth.  After high school, Chelsey moved to Omaha where she attended UNO and started her career in management.  Throughout her 13 years of management she realized she had a passion for not only serving her customers, but the community as well.  Which is what brought her to ODIA.  She takes great pride in making sure her customers’ needs align with their retirement goals.  Outside of work, Chelsey loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys sunny days on the lake and traveling.

Zachary is originally from Rockford, Illinois and moved to Omaha in 2022 with his fiancé, Keirsten.  Zack previously served in the Illinois Army National Guard from 2014 – 2021.  His favorite part of working for ODIA is getting to work with our clients and build trusting relationships with them and their families while providing the insurance coverage that is appropriate in their current situation.  Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with Keirsten, playing drums and discovering new local restaurants – especially breakfast spots with the best steak & eggs!

Eron was born and raised right here in Omaha, NE and is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University.  He is a state wrestling champion and his passion for the sport shows as he continues to work with local youth wrestlers.  Eron’s pride and joy are his beautiful twin daughters.  His favorite part of working at Omaha Division, aside from everyone he works with, is helping his clients find solutions to their insurance problems and to stay insured correctly.  When not staying up to date on the insurance industry, Eron enjoys spending time with his family, refereeing wrestling matches, and watching his daughters continue to wrap him around their fingers.

Michelle Spink was born and raised in Watertown, SD.  She has resided in the Omaha area now for over  20 years.  Since 2007, Michelle has been the Corporate Secretary for the agency.  She enjoys the camaraderie amongst the staff and agents. “It’s like one big happy family.”  Michelle enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Taylor has been a resident of Omaha for most of her life. She began her career at Omaha Division Insurance in 2013. After a brief pause to stay at home with her kids, Taylor is excited to be back at ODIA. She excels at organization, efficiency, and being expeditious with her workload.  She is always helpful and supportive to our clients and agents.  When not working, she loves hot summer weather and having fun with her children!

Emily has resided in Nebraska her entire life, and is currently a student at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She has worked part time with Omaha Division Insurance Agency since 2018 while she is in school. Her favorite part about working at ODIA is being able to assist clients with all of their insurance questions and needs, as well as being able to expand her insurance knowledge every day. When Emily is not in the office you can find her cheering on the Huskers, working with her church, or hanging out with her friends and family.

Kona enhances the office culture with her never ending love and energy.  She enjoys cuddling, chasing rabbits and treats from visitors.
